dvd recorder that supports windows media

smccownNovember 30, 2008

Does anyone know if there is a DVD recorder/VCR combo on the market that supports the Windows Media format? I purchased a Magnavox one a couple of days ago only to discover that it won't play my picture cds which were created on my computer using Windows Media Player.

I don't know much about computers so this is a stab in the dark. The Sony RDR-VXD655 supports JPEG playback. Sony's customer service number is 1-800-222-SONY.

Here is a link that might be useful: RDR-VXD655
