Walk Away the Pounds #8 - Happy New Year!
Okay, here we are, January 1st and time for all the New Years Resolutions which inevitably include weight loss and eating healthfully.
I have been terrible the last few days and I'm definitely feeling it. Sunday's weigh-in is gonna be a scary thing, LOL!! I did do a good workout Tuesday night because my abs are screaming at me this morning; just shows me how out of shape I am!
