Week one of getting serious...

I started jogging again and cut back on the "wrong" foods. The first day back on the track, I couldn't do a full lap. Now a little over a week later and I'm up to five laps!!! I can already see results, it's not easy, but it works. It's like Dr. Oz says, "you have to move that body!"

Come on girls, move with me!!!

That is great and 5 laps is a real accomplishment.
