Photovoltaic panels and tiled roof

mafatioJuly 15, 2009

Hello Everyone,

If a home has a tiled roof instead of shingles, would it create any issues later on when we plan to install the photovoltaic panels?

If yes, what might be the remedy? The house is under construction.

Thank you.

Thank you Sir,

I did not even think of that as a way to install panels on my roof....that was truly smart. Now only if I could convince my builder to install them while it is still in process.
