I'm already starting to see definition in my abs - YEAH!!!
How many laps are you up to now? I work out in a gym 2 times a week and on the other days I have been trying to walk/jog, but I know I can't do laps. Congrats on the abs.
I'm up to five laps but with a twist. I run a lap, then do "bleahers"(run up and down the bleachers)then back on the track and repeat. I takes time and you CAN do it! I have hubby walking 4 miles after supper with me too.
It's AMAZING how good you look and feel with a little bit of effort! Keep up the good work, and remember, my first week, I couldn't do one full lap!
