Calling all HCG Dieter's!
I am on Round 1 Phase 2 Day 8 of the HCG Protocol and have lost a little over 7 lbs so far. I am just doing the short round this time due to a upcoming vacation the end of the month. So while I'm on vacation I'll be on Phase 3. Wondering if I can basically eat everything that I could while on Atkins? I'm thinking of ordering some of the Atkin's Protein Bars to bring with me. I'm just a bit stressed out wondering what I will eat while on vacation? We will be in a condo so I can cook, but won't have all the staple items like I normally have at home. Any suggestions on easy meals that would work for me and my hubby and 2 daughters? By the way they are not on this...just me. I want to enjoy vacation and not feel like I'm missing out on good food.
