Anyone Interested in a June Challenge?
Today's June 1 -- a new beginning. I need to lose about 10 - 15 lbs, and more importantly I need to eat more healthily. For the month of June I will 1) journal everything I eat; 2) drink plenty of water; 3) eat 5-7 veggies/fruit per day; 4) concentrate on whole, natural foods -- few if any prepackaged or prepared foods and no white sugar or flour; 5) try to get some moderate exercise each day. My goal is to maintain these daily goals for the entire month, and I hope to lose at least 5-7 lbs. Would anyone like to join? If so, post your goals for a healthier you by June 30. I hope we can check in with each other daily.
