I believe the first place you lose or gain weight is in your face.
Am I right?
The way I blab I should have NO FAT on my face ;)
It's my tummy that shows first - and LAST!
My rear is the first to gain, face and back are first to lose and the tummy last to lose. And we won't even speak of my grandma's arms.
Around my waist is the first place I lose. Even 5 lbs. lost makes my waist feel at little tauter - relatively speaking, mind you - there is still a lot of "flabby" there!
Most friends and family are telling me that they see it in my face.
My fitness instructor can see it in my legs.
I'm fine with it showing ANYWHERE!!!!
Believe me...the first place to go for me is...let's just say I keep bras in 2 cup sizes. Don't know why but that's the first to go. (Darn it!!)
