Philips Plasma 42PF9631D/37

Set won't power on. Red blinking light flashes 7 times. Any help would be appreciated.

Did some surfing. I believe it indicates that the units protection circuits have shut down the TV due to a short. It will need to be serviced.

See the attached link (read all the way to bottom). Seems common for Philips.
