Connecting iPod to Receiver

steve_aJuly 1, 2008

I have an Aiwa AV-S17 receiver, and I want to run my iPod through the Aux input. The specifications for the Aux input are: 200 mV, adjustable (47 kohms). Can I just get a Y-cable with the proper adapter for the headphone jack and plug it in? It's an iPod Touch if that makes any difference. Thanks, Steve

OK, apparently it is that simple. Monster and Belden both make cables for this application. So if anyone is reading this, just look for one of those, or go to Amazon.com.
