Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of this company's product? http://home.att.net/~cleardomesolar/cleardomehome.html
So is there a solar collector option that exsists in today's market of solar products that a lower middle class family can buy that will make the purchase actually benefical to them?
We have had two forced air solar panels on our roof for 20+ years & love them!! Believe they were installed by SolarAge back then & have glass-not plastic- fronts. Wish we had had the room to have the hot air/hot water panels installed so they would not have to be covered in summer when we don't need the solar hot air & could utilize the hot water feature also. Still, the panels come on around 8 am here & go off around 4:30 pm (constant heat blowing in) & even on fairly cloudy days days they function. I'm sure the newer panels are even better but even back then it was a great investment & tax credit ... wouldn't give them up! Even as I type now, the wonderful hot air is coming through the ducts. Only expense later was the covers & one motor replacement in all these years.
I have 5 of the panels commercially produced by LPC Inc. LPC stood for Lords Power Company. Does any one know if the company exists today and under what name?
