Reconnecting cable to another TV
This is a stupid question, but I just bought a used big screen TV to replace my old big screen TV. The old TV was having problems and would have cost too much to fix, where you might as well buy a new TV then. But, with the way prices are dropping, I figured it might be better to find a standin for a year or two before buying a new TV.
So, I've pretty much disconnected everything except the long white lines, which I'm assuming is the cable. While the other lines were pretty easy to disconnect, the white lines aren't coming off their sockets. Is there a special trick I'm missing, or is this something the lay person shouldn't mess around with. I'd like to get this figured out before SO comes home and gets angry about me doing this.
