janome 11000 and digitizer pro question

stonebriarJuly 2, 2008

Hi,

I had a problem with the bobbin thread comming to the top of the design, took the machine to the shop and they fixed that problem. Now the top thread is too loose. Ive tried manually tighening the top thread tension in incraments to the point of the machine alomst squealing at me and it's still too loose. I hate taking this thing back to the shop again, it's 1 1/2 hours away and they will keep it for a week or longer.

Now the digitizing problem. I made a design of a banner with 1 cactus on each side with about 1/2 inch of the banner showing beyond the cactus. It stitched out fine until I went back into the desing and re-sized it, now the there are gaps between the banner and cactus. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I would appreciate all input!

Mary

I decided that the problem had to be in the digitizing program since all of the designs that I sent to the machine stitched the same way,(badly). I didn't realize this until after I posted this. So, I deleted the digitizing program, all of the designs and templates and re-installed it. I've rescanned my design into the program and almost have it ready to digitize. I will know by tomorrow afternoon if it will turn out right.

But thank you very much for offering to help!!!
