How can I bypass the VCR. I now have a PVR so I use it to record but I want to keep my VCR hooked up to watch my old videos.

The better help you, you'll need to tell what TV you have, what VCR you have, and what PVR you have.

Also, are you satellite, cable, or an antenna?

If the PVR is High Def, connect it to your TV using HDMI or Component cables.

If the PVR is not High Def, use A/V cables. (yellow, red, white)

Connect your VCR to your TV using A/V cables. (yellow, red, white)
