Congrats Harold . That BMI number is great and healthy .
Ivamae, I hope you are doing good this week. I did not get a chance to weigh in last 2 weeks. I will be posting my weight next week.

Thanks, Ladies. I'm getting pretty close to my target weight. Should happen in a few weeks, but I'm in no hurry.

Well, I weighed this morning and am down 1/2 pound. Now at 162. I really was hoping for a bit more, as I've been doing more walking, but am pleased it was a bit anyway.

Slow and easy wins the race, right???

Hi Harold and Ivamae

I weighed in today after 2 weeks. I gained 2 pounds from last time I weighed and am 130 today . Hoping this is all water retention and not my binging from last 2 weeks:-)))
