LOOKING for: Marzipan Candy
I want to make traditional Scandinavian marzipan candies, in the shape of various fruits, for Christmas; but I can't find my recipe. It was from my Swedish aunt who actually taught classes in making them.
I remember it was really simple. No egg whites. I looked online but most recipes used egg whites, and I know the usual recipe did not have that.
Also, the last time I made them the stiff dough almost broke my food processor. I don't remember my aunt having that kind of trouble. Any tips?
