RECIPE: Linda C, thanks
Linda C, thanks for the Silver Springs Pecan Pie recipe. Made it and it turned out great. I was in a hurry so I used a bought vinalla wafer crust and substituted 1/2 cup Splenda for 1/2 cup of the cup sugar called for. The jucies soaked down into the crust and was really great. I may try all Splenda next time. I'm thinking about trying to make a Splenda syrup to use instead of the corn syrup. Now wouldn't a sugar free Pecan pie be wild! Ha, someone probably already has one.
