LOOKING for: Question for Ginger - Creamy Pralines

toby_NYDecember 21, 2003

Ginger,

I made your recipe for Creamy Pralines, although I have never made them before or even eaten a praline.

My question is, what consistency is the finished product supposed to be? Is it rather soft, like a very thin piece of fudge, or is it supposed to be hard, like hard candy?

Mine came out on the soft side, and I need to know if that's the way they're supposed to be. Thanks.

That's the way they're supposed to be. Hope you like them.

Thanks, Ginger. They will be given as a gift now and, yes, they are delicious!
