RECIPE: L@@king for royal icing...

sapphiresDecember 5, 2003

Hi,

Hope everyone is fine. I am l@@king for an icing for cookies that hardens enough to eat without making a mess. I believe royal icing is what I need. Any suggestions or recipes welcomed. Thanks, Happy Holidays.

Royal icing will set nice and hard, Sapphires. One thing to remember when you're working with royal icing is to keep the bowl covered with either plastic wrap or a damp cloth while you're not using it as it dries out and sets quite quickly.
