LOOKING for: Advice: Chaning size of pans for cake
I want to take a pound cake recipe and put it in two 5X9 loaf pans. It is a large amount of batter and the last time I made it, the batter ran over the side of the pan. If I put it in loaf pans, can I bake two at one time. How do I adjust the heat and timing. Thanks for your help.
