RECIPE: Easy Boston Cream Pie Cake
Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with Graham Crackers and set aside.
In a large bowl mix 1 large box of vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk
Add to the pudding, add 1 container each of Cool Whip and Sour Cream. Mix well.
Pour over the Graham Crackers. Cover with another layer of Graham Crackers.
Put a container of Chocolate frosting in the microwave for 45 seconds or until it is just pourable. Pour the frosting over the Graham Crackers.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and eat.
