A good stainless steel rack (without pan)?

I don't know about the ones you link to, but we use an expensive one that we replace after a few years. It's adjustable and folds flat and works well for every thing we've used it with. We probably replace it every 7 or 8 years, but we don't use it every day.

It takes up a lot less room in the cabinet when not used. ;-)
