La Cornue, Cornu Fe 110 cooking
My Cornu Fe stove arrived last week. It is amazing!!!! I christened it with a New York Strip Loin Roast....crispy herb crust, JUICY beyond belief...and cooked soooo fast. Also, baked a cherry pie that was perfect!
Question: I'm trying to research proper sized cookie/baking sheets...anything besides what Williams and Sonoma offers?
