Square Pan on round fob

cancoiDecember 15, 2010

First time posting on this section; long-time poster on the house section.

We have a great induction stove and am looking at some new cookware, specifically Staub. They have a 4-piece set (5.5 qt dutch oven, 10" skillet, and 12" grill pan) but I'm concerned that the square grill pan will be a problem.

Silly question but should I assume that as long as the pan covers the fob it will heat appropriately? I would think so, as gas burners are circular but the square pans seem to work fine.

Fob? I love this!

Don't worry about it. You'll be fine.
