Vintage Westinghouse Turkey Roaster

firsttimebldrNovember 7, 2009

I borrowed this from a friend. Have a few questions concerning cooking a turkey. Do you cook in the gray or the black part? Do you add any water or liquid to the roaster? Would love to have opinions, input on this roaster. Thank you. Betsy.

You may want to ask over on the Cooking forum. It has more activity and lots of good cooks that use every appliance possible.
