Toss & Turn Skillet??

mustangs81July 2, 2006

I have been eyeing this pan for awhile. I am debating where this will be another piece of cookware taking up unnecessary space. It's on sale--maybe that's my answer.

Any thoughts on this?

Thank you.

It would be a fairly inexpensive experiment. If it looks like fun to you, why not? Or you could do what a friend suggested to me a number of years ago: buy a one pound bag of dried peas and practice flipping them in a standard sauté pan. No heat, no liquid, no mess. After an hour or so I felt comfortable enought to try it with real food on a real burner.

Doug, That's a good suggestion about practicing with peas.

That was my thought too about the small investment. Unfortunately my cabinets bulge from years of small investments.
