Has anyone ever cooked with a Pomaireware pot before??? Someone described the pot to me an it seems super interesting! Any cooking tips or recipe specifically for Pomaireware??

I have not, but I have been cooking with an Emile Henry for a couple weeks and every single thing I have made in it came out excellent. I am very much a beginner cook, and it has helped me cook things I never thought possible!
