Looking for the perfect egg pan
I'm looking to get two or three carbon steel pans - crepe pans and/or frying pans - to be used only for cooking eggs. What size and type pans work best for cooking 3 eggs over-easy? What works best for a 3-egg omelet, with or without filling? The surface diameter can't be too large because I use induction and the heating element is only about 6" in diameter.
