Garlic Roaster

Got it for Christmas. Yes, it's nice, but you don't need it. Wrap the garlic in foil, add some fresh herbs for flavor, into the oven at 350, and you will smell it when it's done! Awesome addition to many dishes.

Have to agree with you. Not really a necessary gadget. That's basically how we bake our garlic heads, just in foil with a bit of olive oil. When they are done baking they are so sweet. Spread them over a slice of toasted Italian bread. ummmmm. NancyLouise
