maker of cast iron/enamel crock??

I picked up a small cast iron/enamel crock at a flea market last summer. It has shamrock on the bottom. Can anyone tell me the maker of this cookware? Thanks!

Good luck cleaning it! Stay away from enamel. Go for good old cast iron! THAT is easy! Put the oven on self clean, and stick that in there. DONE!!
