Cast Iron Fry Pan with Xylan

oletimerFebruary 3, 2011

I have a cast iron fry pan that is coated with Xylan, Eveything I cook in it seems to stick, I use a little oil, or I cooking spray and it still sticks, egg, potatoes, hamburgers, etc. Do I need to season this some how? If so how do I do that, It does not say it can go in the oven, it has a softer type handle on it not sure what it is made of. it is Grand Gourmet. Thank you for any help.

You'd probably do better trying the Cooking forum. More active over there. Good luck.
