Cast Iron Fry Pan with Xylan
I have a cast iron fry pan that is coated with Xylan, Eveything I cook in it seems to stick, I use a little oil, or I cooking spray and it still sticks, egg, potatoes, hamburgers, etc. Do I need to season this some how? If so how do I do that, It does not say it can go in the oven, it has a softer type handle on it not sure what it is made of. it is Grand Gourmet. Thank you for any help.
