non stick-stainless taste difference??????
Is there a difference in the taste or texture of the food when you cook on a griddle ( http://www.dvorsons.com/ChefKing/Griddles.htm ) versus using either a non stick or stainless pan? I am using my All Clad pans and I can't seem to match the taste I get when I go out to the local Diner for eggs and pancakes. Whats the deal???
