Wolfgang Puck cookware

downsouthJanuary 10, 2006

I can get a good deal on Wolfgang Puck 18/10 stainless steel cookware. I would like some opinions before I buy it. Hubby thinks food would stick as he is so used to teflon!

I hate to think of how many T-Fal and teflon pots/pans I have thrown away over the years, that's why I wanted to try stainless steel again. However, I don't want my food to stick every time I cook.

Would appreciate opinions if you have any of his cookware. It's not the Bistro Collection. It does say the bottom is tri-clad capsule.

I have a chicken fryer I got at TJM and really like it.

I do use EVOO when cooking and that make clean up great.

A little water in the pan after cooking cleans up anything that might stick.

My handle does get hot on my gas cooktop.
