Shower sill

danielle84November 11, 2012

We are replacing our 60 inches tub for a shower. We will have installed a glass wall of about 39 inches, no moving door.

Do we need a granite sill ($$$) or can we just tile the sill (using the same floor tiles? Thx

I like the granite as it can be used to match/compliment the vanity as well as any bench or niches.

Aside that, it is heavy and massive. No grout lines to worry over and is stone-dead flat!

It's a bit more money, but to me, the peace of mind is worth it......
