Important things to check on contract
I remember seeing a thread awhile back about list of important things to watch out for on a contract with the builder but I can't seem to find it. So, I am starting a new thread.
For those of you who have been through the process or in the middle of it, can you please kindly share some tips on what are important to be included "black and white" on the builder contract? We just don't want to overlook anything before we sign it.
