Looking for white sinks for the master and kid's bathroom and I am hoping to get a recommendation for them. Important features: undermount, durable and easy to keep clean.
Other than looks, is there really a big difference among sinks like you describe? We used to have Toto (Lloyd), in our current remodel, Kohler (Archer - which we chose because it fit the vanities we chose). Both are fine.
My DD was a Kohler Ladenaî
She Loves it so much, that I'm convinced that I will use the same for my remodel. She says the shape of it makes it very easy to clean, ( picture someone doing a "swiping" motion), and it's large, so it "catches more stuff", tooth paste, dribbles, shaving cream etc., that would otherwise end up on the counter top.

K-2215 23 1/4" x 16 1/4" x 8 1/8". "
I also have a Ladena and am getting another for the new house.
