Has anyone heard of this product? ArmorRoof Liquid Acrylic Roofing. Sounds too good to be true. Is it so? See link

It is going to be very hard to field apply any liquid material uniformly enough to not have any defects resulting in leaks.

Good point Brickeyee. I found another company, Conservation Technology Inc., that sells what sounds like a similar product. They are in Baltimore, less than an hour from me. I will try calling them next week and ask them about how make sure it is applied evenly.
Here is the link to the product information.
