Is this overkill?

I'm wondering if it will be unnecessary to have:

Miele steam oven

Miele speed oven

2 single wall ovens

Warming drawer

I was thinking of having only one wall oven, but on holidays, I cook for a crowd and often have 2 large oven items (eg Turkey and Ham), which each require the larger oven.

Overkill is when your exceptionally largest need is easily handled by the equipment you have.

If on holidays I cooked for a crowd and often had 2 oven items like turkey and ham (which each require one small oven!) and if I were being forced to spend the money, I would get
a 30" induction cooktop
a Breville smart oven
a 240Volt Advantium
a 24" drawer microwave
a 24" convection wall oven
a steam oven
a speed oven

They are all good.

It seems budget is not a major problem.

I would post your layout in the kitchen forum.

Can you install all those appliances in your kitchen without it looking like a tiny overcrowded commercial kitchen AND have good work flow?

Two ovens and a MW are sufficient for most people. You're ending up with 4 ovens (including a speed oven) and a warming drawer - seems like overkill to me but it's your kitchen/cooking style and your budget.

I don't think so. I have 36" oven under my BS range, a Miele 30" oven and a Miele speed oven. I use them all at Thanksgiving.

A note of caution. If I had to do it again, I would never buy the 30" Miele. Over the past 18 months repairmen have come 7 times to correct a problem that's been reported here before -- the oven's temperature is consistently very low. When i was picking appliances, I thought it wouldn't happen to me, but of course it did.

The oven seems to be working okay now, although at other times in the past I thought it was fixed just to find the food underdone and not properly browned.
