Windows Media Player

How do I know what version I have? I have Windows 7 and am having trouble listening to a radio station that I want to listen to. Their website said to make sure I had the current version.

Paddy thanks, but that didn't work. "Help" takes me to Windows Help....I don't have any of the options that it lists. Must be a Windows 7 thing. I've tried "properties" in my "All Programs" list and it doesn't give it anywhere.

are you opening the windows media player program and hitting the help button there in the program?

It is likely 12 I think all windows 7 came with 12 and my guess is that yes you would have the latest version.

I use VLC player myself instead and prefer it.
as you can see here it is compatible with 7
