What height to install Wolf Combi Steam Oven?
We are finalizing plans for a new kitchen that will contain the Wolf Combi Steam oven. We have the option to install it at wall oven height or undercounter height. I know they can emit a lot of steam when the door is opened, but am not sure if it's hotter/more dangerous than opening a regular oven.
Has anyone had issues with an undercounter mounting? Any preference for either height?
I have a baby who will be walking by the time the kitchen is done. Mindful of this, should she be a determining factor in placement of the steam combi oven?
