On 2/2/13 you posted your popover recipe on a thread titled "Are Steam Ovens Worth It?" I will TRY to link it, but may not be successful as I am technologically challenged. I finally got the steam oven installed and want to try your recipe. My question is I did not see any reference to using steam in the recipe. Is that correct? If not please tell me at which point I introduce steam and how much steam to use. I am loving learning the new oven. I noted you have the Gagg and we purchased the Wolf.
