Lacanache Sully or Chagny 1800 - Ventilation?
We have gone full circle on ranges over the last few months and are now looking at the Sully 1800 with la plancha and traditional top. Mister is in "love".
What have you done for ventilation? I assume ventilation needs are the same as the Bluestar 60" with griddle and grill we were originally sold on.
