Hotpoint Upright Freezer FV21CLDRWH??

Perhaps it's a long shot, but can anyone find parts for the above model number Hotpoint upright freezer, purchased sometime between 1988 and 1990? Specifically, the lens that covers the light bulb, and the unit for the bottom shelf in the door, i.e., the retainer for objects placed in that shelf.

Thank you for that resource, Weissman. It looks like one part that I need is available there. I will try the other sources that vendor recommends for the rest.
