Grout color puzzle

Craziness! Gray floor tile, white subway on walls. Early morning the grout that seems would work best are platinum for walls and winter gray for floor. Both somewhat cool- gray tile looks slightly cool in AM. Later in day, oyster gray for walls and natural gray for floors look best, when gray tile moves towards taupe. Problem is the two that look bad in the wrong light look REALLY bad. I have considered blending, but seems risky. I can't imagine that I am the only one who has faced this. What have you done? Thanks! .

definitely do a mock up of your tile and grout on some scrap drywall. You can blend colors too. But you must write everything down, weigh or measure ALL of your grout needs at one time. This is to be sure you don't get another batch that might be slightly off. There is no guarantee that in the future the same recipe will yield the same results.

These are my boards with about 8 colors on them. Some are combos others straight mix. The mixes I labeled with their ratio mix. These are all Laticrete Spectralock epoxy grout samples
