Please help me decide on a carrara look bath or the same bath in

blondelleJune 22, 2013

It should have said the same bath in beige. I guess they don't let you edit the title. Sorry about that!

This about the same layout as what I will have. I took an existing bath and mocked it up with both looks and I show the tiles I will use. The carrara look will be the Florentine by Daltile or something similar and the beige one is an MS International tile called Onyx in the Grigio colorway.

This is a 6 room rental unit that will rent for $3,000 a month. I also show the floors used throughout there. The kitchen is white with a gray IKEA countertop.

Which do you prefer? The shower pan and the vent covers will be white so the off white tile might blend better, but the other is warmer and might go with the floor better.

The white is fresh and crisp and clean looking, but the beige is warmer, but looks a bit more traditional. I honestly can't decide. Please help! Trying to see which would appeal to more people.

Here is a link that might be useful: Photo of both bath options

Nice mockups. Mine are like crude stick figure scribbles. I like the classic carrara a bit better but the beige is just as nice. I don't think you'll be sorry with either choice.

I can only see the onyx one, but I love it!
