another kitchenaid no start, no power

gratefulgaryMay 30, 2013

I have a KitchenAid model KUDP01ILBL. One day it worked fine, the next, not so much. The last time I ran it, it seemed as though the dry cycle did not complete. There are none of the usual lights on the outside of the door lit, as though it is not getting power.

There is, however, 120 V across the two leads attached to the connector just above the circuit board. There is a relief in the board to accommodate the connector. I also recently replaced the soap dispenser.

Any ideas?
