How does one remove a spot of paint from kitchen floor?

High quality outdoor primer somehow go onto a high quality kitchen floor. The floor is probably vinyl.

Someone probably stepped on a a drop outside when subcontractors were were working and carried it in on their shoe. The spot is smeared a bit, not a drop. It has been there for several days.

Start with your fingernals - they might scrape it off. If not, next try soap and a plastic scrubbing pad.

Then go for the heavy stuff like Goof-off.

If it's jusy a drop or two, moisten a paper towel with vinegar (any kind) and wipe. This is a trick I learned from a professional painter.

Goof Off is a great product, but I would suggest testing the it in an inconspicuous place. Ask me how I know. :)

The vinegar worked.

Thanks
