Smeg - Built in gas oven or electric?
has anybody used the smeg built in gas oven? im reading that it has an electrical ignition, what is one supposed to do in case of an electricity outage? also, do gas ovens produce better cakes or electric? i know this is such an old worn out topic, but from what iv researched gas ovens have a greater moisture level thus producing softer cakes as opposed to electric ovens which can dry out cakes, is that the case?
