Downward Venting Chimney Hood

Do any chimney or under cabinet hoods exist which can be vented downward through a 2x4 wall?

I am not looking for anything crazy, but it will be over a viking 30" range. Since most of the sub $1k vents seem to be 600 CFM, would I benefit from going to 36"?

Can you post a drawing of what you need to do, with lengths? It may be that a booster fan will be needed for horizontal venting.

But a hood, over a stove top will have the fumes going up, and then could go horizontal. I don't know if code would allow it to then go down. You might need to contact your municipality.
