Clay Mask

Two views of my landscape mask. It's 'flat' as you can see, I would love to make it dimensional- like most masks, in a 'face shape'. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried making a "face shape" of foil and using that as a base to bake the clay on? I would think it would hold that shape. The mask has nice colors and shape.
